Love this place! Their oat bread is soo good and the closest I have found to white bread. I love their pizza crusts too! It's so amazing to see their products in local restaurants too!

I’ll say three words: habanero cheddar crackers. Friggin amazing little gluten free crispy joy bomb in the shape of a cracker. I’ll stop by just for these, but they have so many amazing products and all are produced in a completely dedicated gluten free establishment. There’s a reason why so many local restaurants use their incredibly delicious products.

So many options! I got bagels, hotdog buns, and sandwich rolls. Really good! Just about everything uses oat flour though. I didn’t have a reaction, and I’m usually sensitive. My whole family ate the bread and said it was good even though they aren’t gluten free!

I think this bakery has good tasting GF products. I like the brown rice bread. They have many other GF products as well that are made on premise. The pricing was less than other GF breads I've bought at grocery stores and tastes better.

Awesome buns, bagels, bread, etc... we use their buns on our food truck and serve burgers/sandwiches to people who don't realize we are dedicated GF and always hear wonderful feedback. Thank you, OTB for doing what you do!

We are out of towners and I expected this to be more of a bakery with individual servings. It had mostly packages of baked goods and a lot of bread options. Bought a few things and taste was ok to me. Graham crackers and choc chip cookies were bland.

This place is so amazing!! The service is so friendly and they are extremely strict about cross contamination. They even go to the exent of not allowing ANY outside food or drinks to prevent cross contamibeagles. They make their own bread, cheesy crackers, and bagles. They also have an amazing brand of cinnamon cookie things and onion rings which is a huge plus. Thank you, thank you!!

Small GF bakery with lots of different bread options. I was hoping for more sweets, but all they had was chocolate chip cookies. Those were good though.

This place is amazing! Just reading through the reviews makes me realize how lucky I am to live near this bakery. The vegan oat bread is the best gluten free bread I've ever had. Their chocolate chip cookies are also to die for and I have to stop myself from eating too many.

On our annual trip to Manitou & Colorado Springs, we visited OTB as soon as we arrived. It's a little hard to find, but well worth it! We bought cheddar crackers, cinnamon crisps, herb croutons and chocolate chip cookies. The first evening in our hotel, we devoured most of the bag of cheddar crackers - amazingly good. So...we returned the next day to stock up and have items to freeze when we returned home. Cheddar and jalapeño-cheddar crackers, hamburger buns, bread, snickerdoodle cookies - even a box of Katz cinnamon rugelach for the hotel room. Everything was quite reasonably priced. Happy to learn OTB also does mail order, though (understandably) not all items can be shipped. Highly recommend!

Was so pleased to find this place while passing through Colorado Springs! Everything is delicious, especially the dinner rolls. Closed Sunday & Monday. Visit on Tuesday’s for fresh cookies, Wednesday’s for a variety of breads, and Saturday’s are the days for pies. Always fresh and delicious, 5% off day olds. Definitely going to come back!

Stopped in while on vacation and the vegan oat bread was some the best bread I’ve ever had - even before becoming gluten intolerant! I’m also intolerant to rice and corn, so it was so nice to find a bread without those ingredients. Can’t wait to order some to have at home!
I feel so lucky to live in a town with 2 gluten free bakeries. My favorites here are the vegan oat bread, jalapeño cheddar bagels and pie crust shells. They also offer a mini grocery of other brands of gluten free food products.

I buy bread from here at least weekly. It's a regular staple in my home. I always take it with me when I travel, because I can't bring myself to go back to the name-brand frozen gluten-free breads. Family enjoys eating it when they stay, even if they are not gluten-free!
Several items to sample from the bakery. We bought a cheese and pepperoni pizza to take home and bake and they were both really great. Also good snickerdoodle cookies that were very soft and chewy. They offer several items to ship and have frozen and fresh bread in bakery.
This place is amazing! We are so happy to have found this bakery. We eat their vegan oat bread. We have multiple food allergies and this is the only bread we eat. It tastes like "regular bread". They have fresh sandwich bread, bagels, rolls, buns, cookies, and crackers. They also have several types of each item. They also carry other gluten free items such as pasta, soup, chocolate chips, and ice cream cones. If you go to the bakery, they have day old and freezer items at a discount. You also get an additional 5% discount for purchases over $100. You can also purchase some of their breads at Natural Grocers.I can't say enough wonderful things about this bakery!

Gluten-free bread that is actually like bread is so great! They've got it! All the fresh products are made on location and they strictly control the baking environment: clean thoroughly, feed the employees to ensure no gluten comes inside, and test regularly for contamination. Helpful staff and always free samples available.

The cheese crackers are SO good! I love that there's no rice in them. I feel good about giving it to my 2 1/2 y.o. for a snack. Love the jalapeno cheese crackers too.
Every single gluten-free friend recommended this bakery when I found out I have Celiac. The bread is delicious, the cookies are yummy. There are cheese crackers and bread crumbs and graham crackers. They have a freezer with pizza and pizza crust. They even have samples out to try.
We Love their bread!! Saturday afternoons they discount products. Good time to stock the freezer. Also available in whole foods and Vitamin cottage.

I was diagnosed with celiac two months ago after a long battle with gut issues. Since I'm a high level distance runner, 75% of my daily diet was bread products so I was feeling quite depressed having to give up my love of BREAD. I found Outside the Breadbox via a friend and I haven't eaten any other gluten free bread since. Their pizza is also killer.. Love love love this company..
Good selection of handmade GF breads and baked goods. Cashier working there wasn't too friendly, didn't ask if I needed any help, but that's OK. I would stop again, but I like Tabor Mtn. better.

Esp. love the vegan oat bread. Can save $ buying the day old or discounted items ( some are discounted because they didn't come out quite right, like maybe an air hole in a loaf of bread). Some of their items are also available at Whole Foods, but costs more there.
Excellent baked items. They are exclusively a gluten free bakery, so you have no contamination issues. They have weird hours, so check before you go.
