While it's not a GF place, the staff is generally pretty understanding. They do have a GF crepe batter, and although they don't have a dedicated griddle, it hadn't been a problem for me (I'm pretty sensitive). They also usually have a few GF baked goods available, too.
This facility is not gluten free, however, staff was accommodating when I explained I am celiac. They offered to clean the surfaces and use fresh utensils. They even double checked with me on the hollandaise sauce since although it’s gf its made in a facility that process gluten foods. Good crepes.
