I don’t have any issue eating here. The pizza is sooo good and the crust is the difference. I’ve never had a contamination issue. My favorite pizza is the Sebba, but they are all good. See photo below. It’s by far my favorite pizza place in Bellingham. They use gluten free wheat starch, so if you have a wheat allergy, you would definitely want to avoid it.

My family is all gluten intolerant, not Celiac FYI.
We love OVN, they have the best GF crust outside of Evel Pie in Vegas. They use wheat starch CODEX, which is probably why it's sooo good. We tend to eat early before the oven gets too busy, and we all get GF crusts, so they are all prepared together and none of us have ever had issues.
They introduced a new menu today and while there are less sauce choices, it was still excellent. They will tailor to all your dietary needs (my SIL is vegan and GF and loves the selection).

Absolutely the best gluten free pizza I have ever had anywhere in the country! Soft and chewy with nice charred blistering. It’s just like a normal crust!

I ordered a pizza with gluten free crust at Övn on the recommendation of my friend, but I got really sick afterwards. My doctor cautioned me about cross-contamination in restaurants where gluten-free and standard flours are being used in the same kitchen because there’s really no way to prevent the flour up in the air from not cross-contaminating as it settles. I don’t know if that was the issue or if it was an unknown ingredient in the salami.
The pizza toppings were good. I’m just struggling with how lifeless gluten-free crust tastes in general. This place makes good pizza, but I didn’t find the gluten-free crust inspiring or very tasty.

This was a good find. As a highly symptomatic celiac, I have been pretty scared to try eating pizza out. The chances of cross-contamination in a pizza kitchen are very high. To make matters worse, because we got this pizza on my kid's request while traveling, we didn't order in person but rather submitted our order online. I ordered some non-pizza items just in case I didn't feel safe enough to eat the pizza once we picked it up. I also put a note on each item I ordered that the order was for a celiac and to please contact me if cross-contamination might be possible for the particular item. When we went for pickup (on a Tue night), the restaurant was very busy, and we didn't see parking, so I sent my teen in. As a result, I only got second-hand safety information. However, my teen was assured that there would not be a risk of cross-contamination, and I had no symptoms after eating. I ate a slice of pizza, some fries, and the mozarella/tomato/basil mix. Our ratings for taste were pretty mixed, but it did fit our needs. If I were local, I would go back. Not sure if my teen went back that they would be willing to split a gluten free version of the pizza with me.

As soon as I mentioned I had celiac, the wait staff thanked me for letting me know and was so accommodating and reassuring. We had some amazing seriously pizza. I had no reaction at all after eating here.

The wait staff told me almost everything on the menu could be made gluten free. The pizza crust is made with wheat starch so be careful if you are very sensitive. I usually am pretty sensitive but didn’t have any issues after eating a pizza there and it was good.

Their menu looks amazing but the online menu does not mention their gf dough is made with wheat starch so heads up for anyone who can't tolerate it. we had a couple delightful cocktails and the staff was very friendly but since I can't tolerate wheat starch, we had to eat elsewhere
