As someone who used to work here, I’ll just say be careful with the sides. It’s a super small and cramped kitchen. Most of the sides aren’t made to order, they’re made in batches and sit next to each other until served. So, CC is very possible. The steaks are totally safe tho! I got the smashed potatoes and brussels and was fine, but it’s something to keep in mind. Maybe avoid the sides on a super busy night, or come in early before the dinner rush (which usually happens around 7pm)
