Review of Oyama Sushi Hibachi

This little sushi restaurant is tucked in next to a dentist and tanning salon in the same shopping center as the Three Amigos mexican bar and the Kroger. Its location is a little incongruous for the classy setting and pleasant music inside! The owner is super nice, very friendly, and remembers my name! He is also the sushi-chef, and has enjoyed creating new and interesting rolls I can eat. He has also helped prevent some accidental food problems by some of the staff whose English is less good than his. They have other food besides sushi (but why would you get anything else??), and they also do beer and wine and have sake specials on certain days of the week. Take-out is available, and a (super-duper small) delivery range is mentioned on their website.
