Many things made gluten free. Talked to exec chef for the brand and he said conscientious choice to go GF on the breadings to just make it easier. Fishand chips, fried Cajun Squid were amazing as were the chips. Pork belly very unique and tasty. Subbed some conventional GF bread for Garlic bread.
