We've been here several times, but tonight was the single greatest restaurant experience I've ever had.They have very knowledgable servers, manager, and chef. While there is no gluten-free menu, the staff is well aware of how to do it safely for us and will guide you in a safe selection. I mentioned celiac to the server who alerted the kitchen. The head chef consulted with me and the general manager came by as well to let me know they were going to take great care of me. They got creative with the dish I wanted and it was totally safe.I had:1) oysters with a GF ponzu sauce, citrus cocktail sauce, and grated horseradish,2) Glazed salmon with bok choy, leeks, and snap peas,3) Mango sorbet with fresh berries that wasn't on the menu. They created it on the spot so I'd have something for desert.
