I spoke with the manager, Debbie, when I arrived. She shared that whatever I ordered would be cooked in a fresh pan so that it was on a clean surface and isolated. She told me to let my server know to see her when putting my order in - Debbie would then follow my order through to ensure its safety. When I ordered I told the server this and she already knew I was the person with Celiac (I was in a group of 60). Debbie came to check to see if I had ordered because the server hadn’t spoken with her (only because the server hadn’t yet put in the order). Debbie found our server and my order, put it in, and followed it as it was prepared. She then personally delivered it to me. It was great! Because it was lunch I kept it simple - house salad (greens, artichoke hearts, pimentos, red onions) with shrimp. It was delicious! I will return and will always ask to see the manager prior to being seated. Debbie did an amazing job of assuring safe eating for me!
