It was a bit of a search, but eventually, together with the service and chefs, we were able to find a number of gluten-free options.

From the main dishes I could choose between jamaican curry, indian dahl or shashuka. Even with glutenfree bread.

No gluten-rich products were baked in the deep fryer, but the fat does pass through the same filter system. So not celiak-friendly
