Best sushi I’ve ever had hands down. Limited offerings, but what they do have is the highest quality.
The fish are shipped in daily from Japan along with REAL wasabi (if you didn’t know, the paste kind is just green dyed horse radish because wasabi cannot be cultivated outside of Japan). You have to order it separately - it’s “table side wasabi” and a server comes over and explains all about the root and tools used to grind it while he prepares some.

Our sever was very knowledgeable about which items were gluten free and made sure to double check with the chef. They have GF tamari as a substitute for soy sauce. Items weren’t marked as GF on the menu which made ordering trickier.

They have gluten free soy sauce and the servers are knowledgeable about what contains gluten or what might be contaminated with gluten.

Generally quite safe and food is delicious. Just be sure to have waiter double check that dishes are still gluten free. One dish the waiter said was gluten free but he double checked with the chef after we ordered and the chef had recently changed how he made the dish and it now had gluten.
Yes
Had a gluten free menu with lots of options. Sake is delicious. Bartender very knowledgable. GF soy sauce conveniently at the bar.
gluten free menu for apps salads and dinners, separate from the also 80% gluten free sashimi/nigiri menu
