I had high hopes for Totem Coffee, but it was a cross contamination nightmare. I didn't try the gf muffins because they were on the same serving tray, touching the vegan doughnuts. I ordered a gf toast, but was unable to have my bread toasted because they only had one shared toaster. They seemed to be careful with the prep, but I'm nervously crossing my fingers that I'll be okay.

Vegan GF muffins everyday! Try the black bean cakes for lunch. All "toast" options can be made GF. The kids chicken nugget plate is GF. Not a dedicated kitchen but great options and the use organic and local produce.
