The waiter explained the risks of cross contamination for the corn dip appetizer. He offered me celery as the corn chips are fried in the same oil as gluten. The manager stopped by the table to also discuss the risks. I appreciate the knowledge and thoroughness. I had the kale and pear salad and added shrimp.
