The owners are a very sweet couple with knowledge about celiac. They have a dedicated fryer gluten free items and most of their menu is safe. I was confident eating there and my celiac daughter had zero reaction to any of her meal.

We absolutely love Paco's. Incredible food, friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean! Literally everything on the menu is delicious. I also have celiac disease and have never gotten sick eating here. This has become one of my families favorite restaurants.

Had street taco with pastor and cilantro and onion on the homemade corn tortilla - so good!

Had the chicken street taco with tomato cheese and lettuce on corn tortilla - amazing!

Had chips and queso dip - yum!

The fried plantains are amazing YUM!

All safe - not cross contaminated! Best surprise I wish I had been coming here sooner

They are very keyed into gluten / cross contamination safety here. All sides are gf. All proteins besides one are listed as gf Also accommodating for my dairy allergy as well. Eaten here twice - gotten tacos(they make their own corn tortillas!) and burrito bowl, both very good. It’s a takeaway place w some tables inside, so not a restaurant atmosphere. Staff were very friendly with my many questions, so I feel comfortable eating here.

Manager told us the black beans were gluten free! That is a total lie, we got so sick from them!! Be very careful when someone tells you something for an extra $2.99
