As you walk in there is a sign on the door reading to let your server know of any food allergies. We told our server of my gluten allergies and he was very accommodating and knew how to advise on what items were safe and what were not. I got the vegetable pho which was absolutely tasty! The meats for the pho are marinated in a non-gf soy sauce and the server was sure to point out I would not be able to have that. My husband ordered the Drunken with shrimp made gf so I could taste it.... absolutely fantastic but a 3 on the spice scale is very, very hot. We will definitely go back.
