Review of PadreRitaGrill

Came with Celiac wife tonight. Explained to waiter Celiac, gluten allergy, etc. Ordered off GF menu. Food came out with gluten bread on top. Asked, "is this GF bread?" Was told yes initially, then waiter checked with kitchen, it was NOT GF. He apologized, said that he put the order in correctly and told chef GF. Clear to me that they don't have proper food safely protocols. I will not eat here again.
