Had a gluten free menu but staff was not knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Order Coriander Crusted Salmon with mango broth with sautéed spinach. Asked spinach to be played separately. All tested positive for gluten with my Nima Gluten Tester. The staff were really kind to ask me if they could remake it but they, nor chef, could confirm reducing the risk of cross contamination.
