We've been going to Pagoda for decades and it is one of our favorite restaurants. We live fairly close by. I was diagnosed as celiac 5 months ago and was worried I would no longer be able to enjoy going to Pagoda. I was wrong, Danny is very knowledgable regarding food allergies including gluten sensitivity. Many of the menu items can be made with gluten free ingredients (including many of their cocktails) and they are careful to avoid cross contamination. I've been eating there for the past five months and have experienced no health issues. I highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for a gluten friendly place to eat.
Amazing gluten free fried rice! They have packets of gluten free soy sauce if you want to add it to your dish. I have never been cross contaminated. They will circle all the dishes that can be made gluten free on a to go menu for you to keep.
