I contacted the restaurant via email (reservation requests go via email) and google translate. I felt very confident upon arrival of them being gluten free friendly. We got the cheese fondue and we were given a large wooden spoon for my daughter to use to ladle her cheese onto her regular bread to not contaminate the cheese.

Fondue! The pleasure of a delicious fondue with gluten free bread is available here! Be sure to make a reservation ahead and understand there isn't much room to move around but the food is delicious. Be prepared to wait outside the door and they will come out to get you as there really isn't any space to walk in. Great service! There wasn't a separate gluten free menu but as soon as I said gluten free they made the necessary adjustment without missing a beat.
