I haven’t eaten here but found this place through an internet search for gluten free options in Milton, VT. A friend (not GF) has been here and likes it.

Their online menu mentions a gluten free mushroom quiche, GF BBQ pork ribs, and there are also some items that might be GF (but aren’t specifically labeled as GF) such as chicken salad, chilled beet soup, coleslaw, sesame ginger slaw, cucumber dill salad, fruit salad, and side salad. They also offer teas, juices, and carbonated beverages.
