Took the person's word that they would make my choice GF, They limited me to a couple of items, Food was delicious, got sick afterwards. Tip to owners: just type up a simple list of GF optional menu items, and train staff how to make them.
The staff was very helpful in explaining the gluten-free options and offered to make several choices gf by omitting or substituting. I felt like they understood my needs.
