When I said I had celiac the server immediately assured me that my food would be prepared separately from gluten containing items in the kitchen. She seemed very knowledgeable. This was all great to hear except that my gluten-free bun and burger came out with a beer-containing mustard in a monkey cup (so not touching, but still!). Additionally, fries are a no-go because the sweet potato fries have a flour coating and there is no dedicated GF fryer.

The menu now marks GF items. GF items with a ** mean that they are fried in a shared fryer and are not celiac safe. This includes the tortilla chips. I had the taco salad minus the chips and it was a decent portion and pretty good UNTIL I FOUND A FRENCH FRY FROM THE SHARED GRILL IN MY SALAD. My skin broke out (DH).
They do serve GF beer.
