Not only were they able to accommodate me for several dinners (sushi, Wagyu beef, sashimi) they were also able to provide a Japanese style breakfast (with about a 45 min wait but it was absolutely worth it.)

Grand Kitchen has no GF menu but breakfast has GF toast and cereal and can prepare a cooked breakfast. In the day there are options like GF pasta. The Japanese restaurant Wadakura has a GF menu. No cross contamination. The view from the balconies of the hotel is very special.
