Review of Palace Market

Grocery store with excellent, well-curated selection of prepackaged GF food—anything you could possibly want for a picnic or a quick meal you can prepare in a cottage kitchenette: bread, pasta, ramen (and even some GF ramen soup bases!), pretzels, crackers, protein bars, etc. It was not only amazing that there were so many options, but that what they stocked were the brands that we generally prefer, given a choice—we tend to avoid products with xanthan in favor of guar (or neither). We had purchased bags of groceries before driving up to Point Reyes just in case, but we needn’t have bothered. They had everything we wanted, including the kids’ favorite GF almond flour cookies. Pricey, but no worse than you would expect for this area. We were wary of dining out so this store became our mainstay for the entire visit.
