Review of Palace of Asia

This is the first time I have gone to a lunch buffet since being diagnosed with celiac. The staff was incredibly careful and attentive. The moment I mentioned I have celiac the hostess walked me through each dish and it’s ingredients. They kept all the celiac friendly dishes away from the dishes containing wheat. While there is always fear of cross contamination at a buffet, I was impressed at the lengths they went to in order to prevent it! I am quite sensitive and didn’t get sick. Oh- and the food was AMAZING!!!
