Review of Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum Bar

I was glutened here last night. I told them gluten ‘friendly’ wasn’t enough to protect me. The hostess and wait staff clearly didn’t understand or communicate that to the kitchen. I ate the chips ( from a dedicated fryer) and fish tacos that the waiter said would be gluten free. I’ll skip this place in the future.
