As soon as I said Senza Glutine, they pointed out safe flavours- got new paddles and took Gelato from the untouched front. Both times we were there (different staff) I felt very safe. They did not appear to have GF cones, so we opted for cups! Very yummy Gelato.

GF cones and good gelato here. They washed their hands before handling the GF cones (which are individually wrapped in plastic), used a fresh paddle for the GF order and made sure to scoop from a fresh part of the gelato, although not a fresh batch. The gelato was good, although not the best I’ve had in Puglia.
