If you have gluten allergies or celiac disease, DO NOT order here.

I unknowingly ordered from this place by placing an order on Door Dash for a place called “No-Gluten Pizzeria.”

In reality… This is actually a pizzeria called Palermore Restaurant. When our order arrived, we were confused because the boxes didnt match the order. When I called the number on doordash to verify, I was given the run around on whether or not they were gluten free and told "they are kept in different places" (referring to the dough). What took significant questioning to discover, though, is that they are prepped in the same area and even use the same spoons as the gluten pizzas for toppings. I was told they "should be" gluten free. When I explained that No Gluten Pizzeria isn't defined as using the same utensils on the same prep place as gluten pizzas, I was told, "if you say so." If you order here, there's no telling what you're getting. Do not recommend at all.

My girls are celiacs but are not symptomatic so it is very difficult to know when we mess up… However, the waitress in this place assured us that they make the pizza on clean surface, in separate dishes and make an effort that there would be no cross contamination. We usually don’t take chances with pizza, but it is also unusual for a restaurant to give such an assurance. So we gave it a chance. My daughters had gluten-free margarita pizza and gluten-free pasta Alfredo and really enjoyed it. I can say that we loved our regular pizza and had a great Mediterranean salad. The waitress actually came up to make sure there is no allergic reaction (even though we know it doesn’t always work like that).

Good setting, great wine, good atmosphere. Warned me of which sauces had gluten. You can substitute gluten free pasta and pizza dough for many things on the menu! I got the baked spaghetti and it came on gluten free penne noodles. Simple but good. Dishes come with salad. I wasn't sure about cross contamination but I didn't get glutened! That's a good sign :))
