Absolutely amazing experience! The owner was knowledgeable and cautious! He found a way to make everything we wanted gluten free! I’ve been coming here since a child, so I wanted to order the baked cauliflower dip that I used to order (it’s delicious!)
He informed me the cauliflower bake had flour in it but went to the chief and found a way to make it without! Then he replaced the pita with GF bread and added garlic butter to basically make garlic bread!
The food is delicious and the customer service was unmatched!
Had GF pizza and pasta options for all orders. Staff confirmed they cook the GF pizza in the same oven and use the same utensils as regular pizza, and that GF pasta is in the same water as regular pasta. I skipped out, but if you don’t get gluten’d easily, might be worth a try.
