Palio's Hudson Oaks

The staff is careful with gluten free using different cutting utensils, etc. I have eaten here numerous times without any issues. In my opinion, they have the best gluten free pizza around!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I have eaten here numerous times and not had any problem. However the last time I ate there the girl taking my order read it back to me, and then the pizza was made with non-gluten-free crust and my husband and kids pizza was made with the gluten-free crust. He put it down on my table and didn't say anything, I dove into the pizza that was supposed to be mine, within minutes I was in the bathroom vomiting.

I had gluten-free pizza. It was horrible.... the crust was so hard I couldn't eat it. it's sad because I loved it here....

Very tasty pizza, and so many choices of toppings. Speak with the manager when you place your order and tell him you have celiacs and they will take extra precautions to make sure no cross contamination occurs.
