Palio's Pizza Cafe Keller

I have loved Palio’s for years, and was thrilled to find out they have a gluten free crust once I discovered my gluten intolerance. I’ve not had any pain or sickness after eating here.

I have frequented Palio's many times and I rate the pizza as excellent. Friends who are not celiac as I am, actually enjoy my gluten free pizza. It was a blessing when I found Palio's.

I have never gotten sick after 50+ times of ordering their GF pizza. Yes, people make mistakes sometimes and Palio's once sent me a gluten crust, but I quickly noticed and they sent me a GF replacement and even let me have the other free (for my child to eat).

I have eaten there a lot and 3 times they have screwed up and given me gluten crust. I get so sick every time that I am afraid to go back. How do I know they gave me gluten, you ask? Their gluten crust is thicker and puffier and their GF crust is thinner and more crumbly. I know it was the wrong one
