Review of Palio's Pizza Cafe

This is the second time we have eaten here with no issues. With both my Celiac husband and son very sensitive to any cross contamination they have never had any issues. Being from out of town we are always very leery of trying new places but Palio's staff are very knowledgable and have a completely separate table and prep area for their gluten free pizza. What's equally impressive is you don't just get the small personal size pizza with the Udi's crust but a full size pizza for not a bad price! We will definitely be visiting there again.
