The best gluten-free pizza in the Engadin!
All pizzas are available with GF dough. There is also lactose-free and vegan mozzarella, as well as pizza dough with spelt flour or wholemeal flour and pizza without tomato sauce (low on histamine).
The pizza is baked in the same oven as the regular ones but in an aluminium tray. As a celiac, I've never had any issues. The staff is knowledgeable and they’re happy to answer your questions.
If you want to eat at a place where you don't have to explain your coeliac disease several times, where GF options are self-evident and you can enjoy a delicious pizza in a relaxed and uncomplicated way, then I can highly recommend Palmisano's restaurant.
