I frequent this restaurant a lot and the servers are well versed in what is and isn't gluten free.
They have flour tortillas, but you can request gluten free shells, lettuce wraps, or chips which are corn. They have salads and sides that are gluten free as well. Even appetizers and entrees can be made to accommodate.
This is a great place and I love all the options they have available!!
All of their appetizers and salads can be made gluten free. They offer gluten free tortillas as well as lettuce wraps for gluten free taco options. The only taco's I was not able to order gluten free were the Birria, Crispy Shrimp, and Walleye. My server was very helpful in letting me know what I could and could not order.
A word of warning. The tacos here are made with flour tortillas, and the gf alternative is chips. There’s little on the menu besides tacos. Leave it to Paloma to take a usually safe cuisine and make it not so. Avoid.
