We stayed at The Wayback Hotel for four nights and had breakfast and dinner most every day. We were so impressed by the knowledgeable chefs (if you have an allergy, the chef will come to your table to take your order). Really enjoyed the Arroz con Pollo, pork tacos, ensalada verano and ensalata elotes. The fryer is not GF, so potatoes and tortilla chips are not safe, but otherwise a lot to choose from on the menu.
