Labels on everything for ingredients. Staff was knowledgeable and allergen aware. Gotta take your chances with the salad and sides buffet area, but so many things are safe that cross contamination risk was reasonable to us. All the meats were delightful. Staff very friendly and attentive. Hope to visit again and definitely recommending to friends.

Great for gluten free all of the 17 meats are gluten free and their pineapple is also gluten-free and every single thing is labelled either gluten free or contains gluten so you can tell right off the hop and the servers ask tell you about it about if you have any dietary Restrictions or allergies so you can eat there no matter what it’s really great place to go Costco sometimes has gift certificate you get $100 all in all for 80 bucks

Lots of gluten free options and it is all labelled at the salad bar . The wait staff is super friendly and staff and chef will let you know what meats are gluten free

So delicious! All you can eat Brazilian meat and salad bar! Each thing at the salad bar is clearly labeled for allergens. The gf buns were AMAZING. Couldn’t even tell it was gf!!! I will be going back

Staff was very knowledgeable. Every person serving the different meats knew I was celiac before I told them and they let me know if I couldn’t have something (I think it was only the sausage). The salad bar is amazing and labels everything with the major allergens. The cheese buns are gf and yummy!

All of their meat prepared in-house is gluten-free, their sausage is gluten-free but is prepared elsewhere so the server couldn’t guarantee it. Everything else on their menu is explicitly labeled for presence of dairy and gluten, very easy to navigate. Tones of options including tapioca flour cheese buns!
