Entire menu is marked. Staff very knowledgeable. They even brought fresh cheese buns from the back ro reduce cross contamination risks of the ones out front.

Everything is labeled, not just for gluten but all major allergies.

90% of the entree’s are gluten free. Can’t have the pork sausage and every once in a while they might have something seasonal that isn’t gf. Salad bar is clearly marked and great precaution is taken

Go to Costco, get a couple packs of hundred dollar gift cards (Costco charges $80). Save yourself some money. Sooooo worth it

Wonderful food & celiac friendly. Buffet is well labeled with a lot of gluten free options. Servers were very clear on the only meat item (the garlic sausage) wasn't gluten free. We loved it!
