This is a typical Brazilian steakhouse, with lots of meats and veggies coming your way. The manager knew I was gluten-free, so wrote me a list of items NOT to eat (roast pork, chorizo sausage, anchovies, peppers, garlic toast, coleslaw). Since I tend to be more keto-oriented, there was plenty I COULD eat—delicious roasted veggies, salad, steak, chicken, shrimp, etc.
