Definitely don't eat here. I asked for Chilaquiles to be made gluten free (which is normally pretty easy), but asked the server to confirm with the kitchen if they could be careful about cross contamination first. The server never confirmed, and when they brought the food to the table I asked them again to confirm with the kitchen. After a lot of discussion, they told me the Chilaquiles were safe and brought them back to me, and then came back less than a minute later and said they were NOT safe. Finally it seemed the main reason they thought it not safe is that they are not sure of the content of their corn tortillas and think they may have some wheat flour in them. They told me they could make one of the egg dishes, but that's all, and couldn't provide any sort of corn tortilla. I think the corn tortillas probably would have been safe, but finally decided it's better not to even try any more to eat there since they didn't really pay attention to my original request or have a really clear idea of what gluten is despite me explaining it to them.
