Pan Gabriel

PÉSIMO. Si tienes alergia o enfermedad Celiaca NO COMAN ahí. Ha hecho mucho daños a las personas con celiaquía. Su pan SI tiene gluten y no quieren entender. ACELMEX (asociación de celiacos de Mexico) mando el pan a un laboratorio y salió con más de 80 ppm de gluten. Ya hablaron con ellos y no quieren hacer caso ni entender lo siguen ofreciendo a gente con EC. Una irresponsabilidad total.

DO NOT TRUST PAN GABRIEL- my mom brought me pastries from Monterrey location and i just want to warn all locations of Pan Gabriel.

I’m pregnant and ate a pastry. Immediately i felt dizzy and threw up. I thought it was a juice that gave me heartburn but as soon as i got home i tested the same pastry on my Nema gluten tester and it came back positive.

I really am extremely mad at them for promoting themselves as a completely gluten free bakery. It’s disgusting that people do this !!!

My experience was amazing, its a great bakery, and most items are vegan and gluten free, and everything is delicious!
