gf penne was a bit chewy and not very warm when it came out, but our waitress was very attentive and careful. i knew carbonara would be okay, but she double checked with the kitchen to make sure the sauce was indeed gf. the chef came out himself to bring me my pasta and assured me it was gf. the pizza scared me since i figured it would be cooked on the same oven surface as the gluten pizza but i’d come back to inquire and try it.
