Had an amazing panini - the bread was really good (my friend liked the gluten free bread better than the normal one) a bit expensive, but it was worth it.

It's not a restaurant, just a sandwiches' place. You can eat there or take away. I found it very expensive for the food that it offers. We had 2 panini take away. The one was great but the other was dry. The first sandwich had hard cheese and mortadelo and the second one had also mushrooms and zucchini. We paid for those two sandwiches 37€.

me and my girlfriend who is a symptomatic celiac had great paninis, the bread was good and there was so much to choose from. the waiters also explained how the bread was made because my girlfriend couldn’t believe that it was actually gluten-free. very good and quick service also. overall it was a great experience and i do definitely recommend to go here if you’re in bologna.👍🏻

So good! You can order all, but three, of the paninis on the menu glutenfree. Very tasty, and my boyfriend who is not celiac, also enjoyed the meal. Welcoming staff. Would recommend 10/10 times.

Very good panini! They almost have all options GF, on the menu there was a GF section with two options but when I wanted to choose from that the waiter told me those options are boring and I can choose everything else (expect 1) and they will make it GF. Also had a GF beer.

So good we went twice! Breads, meats, and amazing sandwiches. Partner is not GF and was able to enjoy gluten-y panini while I had a great GF sandwich. Kitchen and staff were very knowledgeable about safe preparation methods.

So nice! They were so nice and gave me some gluten free chocolates with my order. The bread was yummy, soft and supple. The mozzarella was also amazing!

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SANDWICHES IVE EVER HAD, GF OR NOT. The above says it all. Wife had a ‘normal’ sandwich and I have to say, as delicious as hers looked, I would choose mine over hers every time- I’m talking about the bread here, not the filling. Cannot recommend this highly enough and its position in the centre of Bologna is perfect too. Love this place

I found this place on this app. I must say it did not disappoint. My gf panino was delicious, the bread was so good and I could have any filling that I chose. The server was knowledgeable as he directed me on which filling to avoid because of my gluten intolerance. We were impressed. We will be back :)

They assured me that it was safe for celiac and there was no risk of contamination. Lots of sandwich options or you can build your own. All sandwich toppings are GF. We loved the sandwiches — great bread and great flavor. Outdoor seating only but they have heaters and blankets.

Fantastic, huge sandwiches and tons of gluten free options. Even my picky 4-yr old loved it. The staff was also super friendly and patient with us and all of our dietary needs. Definitely recommend if you’re craving a hearty sandwich!

Great restaurant. No dedicated GF menu but was informed that all bar two items could be made GF. Can't remember what they were. Got the "va mo la" panini and it was delicious. Waiter understood English and Coeliac disease and he explained that the GF food was prepared and cooked separately to other food to prevent contamination..Also had a GF Beer less than 3ppm gluten.
