Absolutely delicious and 100% gluten free! We’ve been following their food truck for years and now love their little spot in downtown. Wonderful food!

This is the best Venezuelan food I have ever eaten! The arepas and tostones were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sauces were awesome! Try the fresh squeeze juices as well!

Totally GF menu! Absolutely delicious food. Some of the best flavors I've had in awhile. I had the Reina pepiada and my husband (celiac) had the beef with beans and plantains. The spicy sauce was amazing, but I liked it better on the side than poured on top.
It's in the same parking lot as the farmer's market. And had a few picnic tables to eat at.
Highly recommend!

100% gluten free kitchen! Has fresh ingredients and allows for substitutions or to create your own arepa. We really enjoyed our meal, but if you get sauces and take it to go be sure to grab extra napkins

Pana serves arepas, which is a naturally gluten free venezuelan cuisine. The shelves are made of corn, and the staff has confirmed for me on multiple occasions that indeed everything is gluten free. This is their permanent location; they also have a food truck that pops up in different locations each day. Orders usually take about 10 minutes, and there's plentiful well spaced seating on the patio outdoors. This location is walkable from the beach, and there's also a lot of parking nearby on the street and in the public parking garage. Last but not least, the food has always been very tasty!
