Review of Panama Bakery Gluten Free 4u

A great find - everything is gluten free. Visited their pop up shop on Saturday. They had fresh cream donuts, custard squares, chocolate eclairs, along with lots of slices and cookies, pies and quiches individually wrapped. In the freezer were several cheesecake flavours and Tiramisu. There is also a growing retail range including the Liberate crumpets and the Rebel wraps. I tried a sample of their bread which had been frozen, and it was delicious. They also have a snow freeze machine and will be making super thick shakes (along with snow freeze in a cone - gf of course) plus they will have a dairy free option. They have been opening on Saturday’s but will be open 7 days a week soon. Until they open full time anyone can ring 0800gluten and if they are around they will open their doors for you. Delicious custard square!!
