Limited gf options but the pasta is great. Still no pizza option.

Food and service were teriffic. I was disappointed they don't do Gluten Free Pizza yet. I was told they're working on GF Pizza.

Amazing food! Chef was very knowledgeable and our server was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this restaurant. Can't wait to eat here again.

Nice menu options. Sent Mussels out with bread on the plate, ordered GF. GF Linguini Carbonara was delicious, however, sensitive Celiac daughter had reaction. Suspect cross contamination, question safety for Celiacs.

They truly understand gluten free food. I would have given them 10 stars if they were available. Everyone's food looked amazing our friends had pizza that was served beautifully and my husband had the lobster ravioli (none of it gluten free) I had gluten free pasta that was really tasty.

We had a great experience at Panaretto. My daughter is gluten and nut free (both anaphylactic) and they were very accommodating. She's three years old so we got her a bowl of gluten free penne and marinara sauce which was perfect. The staff and chef were both very knowledgeable.

What a gem!!Gluten free pastas cooked for you with any of the sauces of the regular menu,great atmosphere and service ,also the best burrata ever,home made desserts like rice pudding and a delicious budino. Highly recommended

Great food away from the beachfront crowded restaurants in a shopping plaza.

I had the Burrata mozzarella salad with fresh basil and mint grown fresh in their garden, it was fantastic. For the main dish they specially prepared chicken picatta with a delicious lemon sauce and excellent gluten free spaghetti with the same lemon and capers sauce, excellent.

From outside it looks like a small pizza place but the menu is very good and the food excellent, we are from RI and I found this restaurant with a FindmeGlutenFree search.

My husband is not GF and had a regular calzone that was baked fresh with pepperoni, riccata and mozzarella and a side of tomato sauce. I definitely recommend this restaurant off the beaten beachfront path.

Panaretto is awesome! The menu is marked gluten free and vegetarian items. They also have gluten free pasta for an extra $2 charge. They Tuna tartar was great, the Burrata was the best I have ever had.
