Called ahead to verify. They ONLY have gluten-free pizza. They do not have a gluten-free menu for entrées, and do not offer gluten-free pasta. I was advised by the very nice person on the phone that if I celiac not seriously consider not eating here. That is because while they do take precautions for their gluten-free pizza, they cannot guarantee that it will be a completely gluten-free environment. The way they make their pizzas, it is a very small kitchen and they are hand tossing them and flower is flying everywhere and in the air. Mad props to the guy on the phone who was just completely honest with me.
