Panchita - Miraflores

En Lima, La Panchita es uno de los mejores restaurantes. El servicio es muy bueno, al igual que la comida. No tienen menú GF, pero los meseros están bien informados sobre el tema y proporcionan o acomodan distintas opciones para que podamos consumir sin gluten. A mi me encantan los tamalitos verdes, las alitas al panco y el bistek a la olla. Todo seguro.

Gluten Free options not listed on the menu, but they have gluten free ask your server. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about gluten and even asked me if I had Celiac. I was pleasantly surprised by this question and knew I was in the right place. They had authentic options as well as a few things you would see at home like stale. It was wonderful to have the ability to get an authentic gluten free dinner. He told me to pick what I wanted to eat and he would let me know if it was gluten free or not. I quickly eliminated the thing I knew had gluten because they were fried or something along those lines. I then set out to find 2 things I would like to try. I told him my 2 options and luckily 1 of them was gluten free. I had a stew with beef and it was wonderful! It was too much to eat, but it gave me a filling breakfast the next morning. I do have Celiac and I did not get sick.
