This is an end of week pit stop for us, I have NEVER experienced cross contamination here. Knowledgable staff, many corn based meals and chip/salsa are gf.
Have eaten here several times over the years with mixed results. Gluten awareness varies greatly by employee, and some pretty obvious and basic things have been missed (for example, buns on the kids burger on recent trip). On our most recent trip, we were told that all chicken and beef in tacos, enchiladas, etc is marinated in soy sauce containing wheat, which has never been mentioned in the past. Seems an important thing for servers to be aware of if dealing with gf/celiac
