I do think this place is safe, and the items are clearly marked. I had the jalapeno cornbread fresh out of the oven on my first visit, which was absolutely amazing, but have been extremely disappointed on each visit since. They haven't had the cornbread again, the chips are just market basket, and really haven't found anything other than the cornbread that I really like.
Food may be safe, but it wasn’t very good. The cheese dip was just melted American cheese with zero other flavors (no jalepeno or tomato). The guacamole tasted like it was store bought and dumped onto the tacos. My husband wasn’t able to eat half of his pork carnitas because of the amount of fat that was still on it.

We had an excellent experience at Pancho’s Cantina last night. The waiter was wonderful—very personable and knowledgeable about cross-contamination. My 12 year-old daughter has celiac and the waiter brought her out her own bowl of GF tortilla chips and salsa (their fryer is not dedicated GF, so not safe for celiacs). He explained that most items on the menu can be made GF. My daughter had the Pancho’s beef tacos and loved them. The rest of the family (all 5 of us) enjoyed our meals as well. The food was delicious and had generous portions. Drinks were excellent, too. We will definitely be going back!
This place was great. The staff very good with gluten free items on there menu. The service was good and food was great. We will definitely be going back. We’ve been back many times since we wrote the first review and this place keeps getting better

Please note that they do not have a dedicated GF fryer. They do have GF chips but it doesn’t seem like that are made there. (They taste like On the Border cantina chips from the grocery store which is fine.) The owner (I think) told us that the coating for the fried ice cream is gluten free but it is fried in a shared fryer. I just wanted to clarify because another review says that there is a dedicated fryer but there is not. They did accommodate a tree nut allergy as well.
Great restaurant, great food. The manager (?) or owner (?) has Celiac disease and much of the menu can be made safely. They understand cross contamination, and the menu is clearly labeled.

One of the few places I feel comfortable eating. Love the corn bread. I enjoy their tacos and liked them before I was gluten free too. Very good. Online ordering is easy
We had jalapeño poppers (first time since gf) and nachos as an app and both were absolutely delicious!!! Had tacos as main course, also so good. We did takeout and delivery via Uber eats. Staffed called us because one item we didn’t mark gf to confirm which I really appreciated! We will definitely be back
Food is amazing, they have a gluten sensitive menu, have eaten here few times, they even cleaned the grill to make my steak !! Felt safe, no issues !! Will eat here more often now !
