I will not eat here as there is gluten on every surface. They bake their own bread hence it’s everywhere. I used to love them prior to gluten intolerance. It’s a no go now.

I ordered crispy carrots on my salad thinking they were going to be cut raw carrots. Turns out they are fried in wheat flour. I have food dependent exercise induced anaphylaxis. Because of this I had to pick all of the carrots of my salad (which took forever). Please be careful when ordering!

Typical Panera. Good GF salads but no GF bread or sandwiches I could find. Great coffee. Some really good GF soups

Panera was not good at all when I asked them about gluten free options. Only good option they offered was salad.

Disappointed that they don’t bother to have more gluten free choices. Due to having multiple dietary restrictions i can only have salad and like one soup. There salads are good but sometimes I want a sandwich or soup they put wheat as a thickener in a lot of them. Like their broccoli cheddar one, which I used to love before switching to a gluten free diet.

I got their salad as it’s pretty much one of the only options there. And once I got to the bottom of the bowl I found a crouton :(

While there are options to make items gf, everything is prepared on shared equipment and they will do their best to sanitize the work surfaces before preparing the items ordered for allergen customers. On that note the place is disgustingly filthy
