Review of Panera

What do you expect from a place that makes its own bread?

Definitely NOT Celiac Friendly. I ordered a plain salad and they served me a completely different salad with dressing on it, and bread on the side. The wait staff had absolutely no idea how to handle customers with food allergies. They do not change thier gloves so there will be cross-contamination.
